Sarah Dupont will be on call to assist patrons with common technical problems before Ishtiak Rahman arrives at 11 am and when he is away from PCL during normal business hours. Ishtiak is our IT Coordinator and handles complex issues and works with Libraries’ IT on our public facing technology here in PCL. Sarah should be considered back up for when Ishtiak is not available until 4pm.
