Wifi Problems

Here are some Wi-Fi troubleshooting tips:

• Make sure the date and time of the computer matches the real date and time.
• After matching date & time, if WiFI still doesn’t work, please have the student call or visit ITS helpdesk. (Website: https://it.utexas.edu/ , location: FAC, phone: 512 475 9400)

For slow network connection, have students check their network bandwidth (network data). Let them decide (suggest consulting with ITS Help Desk if needed) whether purchase more data or wait for weekly renewal.
