McCombs Printing

McCombs uses the same print system as the Libraries. This system is on the same server as the Libraries print system. Here are some key points that I have clarified with Libraries ITS:

• Library users can release their print jobs from McCombs printers. McCombs students can release print jobs at the Libraries.
• McCombs has 8 b&w printers and 2 color printers. McCombs staff monitors the printers for toner and paper.
• If our print system is down, McCombs’ is down.
• There is a help desk on the first floor of the McCombs. The desk is staffed until 5pm. They can address problems with their printers, make courtesy prints, issues refunds, etc.
• The Libraries will not issues refunds for McCombs printers. Use your discretion in making courtesy prints if McCombs printers are on the fritz.
