Submitting a TAP ticket for database or other electronic resource access problems

Any time you discover a technical problem with a Libraries database or ebook, you can submit a TAP (Troubleshooting Access Problems) ticket to help resolve it.  The form lives on the UT Libraries staff page: sharepoint.lib.utexas.edu.  It's tricky to find, so just search [tap] in the searchbox or click the direct link:  https://sharepoint.lib.utexas.edu/ts/acq/tap/SitePages/Home.aspx 

The form will ask for the name of the resource, a description of the problem, and your UTEID, as well as some other optional information.  The more info you can provide, the better.  You'll receive an email notice that the TAP ticket has been submitted, and another when it is resolved.
