Using Pharos
You can find the software by clicking on the Windows icon at the bottom left. Search for "Pharos."
Login info: Username prc_pcl Password: pr#nt16312
On the left sidebar select either Printed or Queued
- Most of the time you will select 'printed' since they will have already printed their job and presumably is came out wrong. If you have them resend the document for whatever reason please choose 'queued'
Enter patrons EID in the appropriate field
Right click and select 'reprint'
- You can also select 'reprint' on the right most sidebar
Choose the printer you wish to send the print job to. There are 5 B&W printers and 1 Color printer.
- In the computer lab
- PCL 3 the first printer inside the double doors and to the right
- PCL 4 the second printer inside the double doors and to the right
- In the Lobby
- The lobby stations go counter clockwise (starting from the station closest to the desk and column against the side wall) 5 1 2
- So, PCL 5 would be closest to the copier but around the corner
- PCL 1 is closest to the hallway leading to the Computer Lab
- PCL 2 is next to the color printer
- PCL CLR is for color AND ledger printing
