Print Issues

When patrons complain of printer issues (damage, poor quality, nothing prints, etc.) there are a couple of options. 

1: Courtesy print for patrons at the 1st station closest to the Borrower Services Office. This allows them to print for free without holding up lines that may form at busier stations. 

2: Use Pharos to resend their print job to one of the lobby or lab computers.
