WORQS requests can be submitted through your UTDirect account. Simply search for WORQS in the search bar, then select: Begin a new request and then Maintenance Request.
You will only ever need to submit a maintenance request; all other issues can be reported to Geoff Bahre and/or library facilities.
WORQS requests should be made for facilities issues that you cannot handle yourself, such as: lighting, plumbing, elevators, doors, etc.
